Makes 13 cups of mix.
Ingredients:
• 10 ½ C flour
• ¼ C baking powder
• 1 ½ Tbs salt
• ½ C sugar
• 2 C shortening
• 1 C buttermilk powder (SACO)
• 1 ½ tsp baking soda
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with an electric mixer until the particles are uniform (like cottage cheese).
2. Store in an airtight container.
Notes: Approximate shelf life is 3 months. Refrigeration will lengthen store time.
