· 2 lb Ground Beef
· 2 lb sliced zucchini
· 1 med onion chopped fine
· 1 ea carrot chopped fine
· 1 stalk celery chopped fine
· About 36 oz diced tomatoes with juice
· 2 tsp paprika
· 2 tsp Italian seasoning
· Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Brown ground beef.
2. Add chopped vegetables and zucchini.
3. Add diced tomatoes and seasonings.
